ASAHI screw-drive lifts
A screw-drive lift uses a motor to turn a threaded screw, and a nut attached to the cabin travels up and down along it. This design needs no machine room, no ropes and no counterweight, and the pit is very shallow.
It is slower than a traction lift but safe and quiet, ideal for elderly people and wheelchair users. The screw-drive line can be supplied as a fully imported lift when the customer requests.
