Smooth on every ride, at ease on every floor
ASAHI designs, installs and maintains lifts for townhouses and villas. The machine, controller and safety systems follow a Japanese configuration; the cabin and landing doors are made to fit each home's dimensions and interior.
More than 150 families at Vinhomes Ocean Park and Global Gate ride an ASAHI lift every day.

ASAHI lift range
Each lift line is specified for its load, frequency of use, the building's architecture and the budget.

Glass lift
Glass shaft and cabin that let in light and become an architectural feature.

Aluminium-frame lift
Modular aluminium-profile shaft, ideal for renovating an occupied home.

A Japanese-standard core, finished for every Vietnamese home
The parts that decide a lift's safety and lifespan, including the machine, controller, brake and safety gear, come from Japanese and European manufacturers. The cabin, landing doors and finishes are made for each individual home. Owners get a durable lift, cared for over the long term by technicians based in the same urban area.
Japanese-standard core equipment
Gearless machine, inverter controller, automatic rescue in a power cut and an anti-trap light curtain. The lift starts and levels smoothly and runs reliably for years.
Proactive maintenance, parts in stock
Technicians carry out scheduled checks and arrive quickly when you need them. Genuine spare parts are stocked in Vietnam, with no waiting for imports.
Made for each home
Cabins and landing doors fabricated to actual measurements, with materials matched to the architecture and interior. Every centimetre of the shaft is used, even in existing homes.

| Criteria | Japanese-configured joint venture (ASAHI) | Fully imported |
|---|---|---|
| Construction | Japanese-configured core equipment; cabin, landing doors and shaft frame fabricated to the actual dimensions | Manufactured as a set in a foreign factory, imported for installation |
| Delivery time | Planned around the construction schedule | Depends on the factory schedule and international shipping |
| Maintenance and parts | Genuine spare parts stocked in Vietnam, technicians based in the same urban area | Parts ordered from the manufacturer, longer waiting times |
| Cabin size | Made to fit the actual shaft | Manufacturer's standard sizes |
| Investment cost | Reasonable | Higher |
| Best for | Most townhouses, villas and buildings | Owners who prioritise an imported brand |
